Get Involved

There has never been a better time to get involved with the work of the Green Party.

Any help you give us, from a regular donation to work on the doorstep, will make a real difference to keeping your hard working Green Councillors and getting more Greens elected in Leeds, where we can create a fairer, cleaner, more affordable future for everyone.

Please let us know if you can help:

* deliver leaflets
* design leaflets and posters
* canvass on doorsteps
* with fundraising through donations, events, etc.
* run information stalls
* write letters, articles, etc. for the local press
* join the Green Party

If you support what we are doing, please consider making a donation. You can do that easily and simply by sending a cheque payable to Farnley & Wortley Green Party to:

Leeds West Green Party members are hard at work all year round – serving the community, delivering leaflets, and canvassing at election time. The Green Party campaign also needs cash to deliver its message effectively and help more hardworking Greens to be elected to help you.

For example it costs £20 to print 100 glowing green window posters, £200 to print a ward newsletter, or £1,000 to rent a shop for the election period.

We in the Green Party don’t have dodgy billionaire donors, we don’t take dirty money from grubby big businesses, we’re not in the pockets of media barons, but that means that we do have to ask our supporters and party members to dig deep, to contribute as much as they can.

You can make a big difference simply by sending a cheque to the address above. In order to comply with election law, you need to be on the electoral register and to give us your name and address.

Thank you! We look forward to working with you.
